Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Still Want It iOS app ("the app"). By installing or using the app you agree to these terms.
License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple end user license agreement that applies to App Store apps.
You may not redistribute, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except to the extent that such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Subscription
Still Want It is offered with a 7-day free trial, after which it costs $0.99 per month on an auto-renewing basis. Charges are made through your Apple ID via the App Store. Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Prices are subject to change. If we change the price, we will notify you in advance through the App Store as required by Apple.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
The app is a personal organizational tool. It is not financial advice. Decisions you make about purchases — to buy, to skip, or otherwise — are your own.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of or relating to your use of the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, except where superseded by mandatory local consumer protection law. We have not selected a stronger forum or governing-law clause; your home jurisdiction applies.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date above. Continued use of the app after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
